C.E.U.s. Please call us for more details. Students will have a concentrated four-hour lesson on basic wheel-throwing.
Demonstrations will break down the structural components of a
well-formed vessel and emphasize proper throwing form. Students will
have their own pottery wheel, tools, and an unlimited supply of clay. After the demonstrations, students will have plenty of time to throw pots on their own. Each student will complete at least one pot. Field Trip Includes:
Unlimited Clay, Instruction, Tour of 24,000 sq. ft.
public studio including a
50 cubic foot gas kiln, the Exhibition Gallery with rotating
exhibits,
Lasagna-in-a-kiln:
Lunch will be a piping
hot lasagna pulled straight from the kiln. 15 student minimum 26 maximum $25 per student
