Booth Rental exceeds every potters dream of retreating to a personal
studio space. FUNKe FIRED ARTS provides
safe, organized, clean, spacious
areas dedicated to booth rental clients.

- Full Booth Rental |
Booth Rental clients enter into a 12 -month lease agreement in which they have unlimited access to their work area in
FUNKe FIRED ARTS during shop
hours. Booth Rental also includes monthly allowances for clay and cubic inches.

- Assigned personal space that contains a wheel, wedging board, and storage area.
- Use of studio
equipment.
- Fifty (50) pounds of clay per month per booth
- 2000 cubic inches of firing space per month per booth
(additional cubic inches may be purchased in firing packages-see below.)
- Twelve (12) shelves, 24" x 48", including a top shelf for taller pieces.
- Monthly account for supplies, materials, etc. payable on the first of the month.

cubic inches be needed, client may purchase additional
space. We offer a variety of firing packages to fit every
budget.

Booth Rental clients enter into a 12 -month lease agreement in which they have unlimited access to their work area in

Booth rental clients have the option of sharing a booth and
therefore the monthly rent. The clay, cubic inches, and storage
space are prorated to all the clients based upon the portion
of the booth that is rented. The sharing of a booth works particularly well when tenants are able to predict the times of the day or week that they are most likely to be using the booth (e.g., a day-time person can share with a night-time person.)

Additional
Fees
- Security Deposit:
Each booth requires a $200.00 security deposit. This
is deposit is prorated based upon the portion of the booth rented.
- One-Time Fee: A $50.00 one-time fee will be assessed for
booth rental set-up and processing.
- Annual Increase: Many of our booth rental customers stay
with us for years. Annual increases of 5% are assessed
on the anniversary month of your lease.
